SYNOPSIS “CELURIT EMAS”

D. Zawawi Imron, through his collection of poetry “Celurit Emas” wants to convey the noble values of Madurese nature and culture. His hope is that through these poems, Madurese people can alter their attitude and answer the challenges of modern times in peace and knowledge. The myth about sickles which is associated with strength, violence, and brutality is given new meaning as “The sickle of wisdom” which fights against stupidity, unfairness and ignorance.
